Board of Directors

Tom Reiman - Chairman
President/CEO of Reiman Corp. in Cheyenne. Tom is a Cheyenne native and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1974 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has been active on the Board since 2003 and a member of Warren Federal Credit Union for 12 years. He holds a number of professional memberships and affiliations such as Arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association, past President of the Wyoming Contractors Association, Chairman of the Building Committee, and Construction Industries Relation Committee Representative and Board Member.

Keith Zabka - 1st Vice Chairman
Keith became a Board member in 2004. He is the Vice President of Mechanical Systems, Inc. In 2001, Mechanical Systems, Inc. received the Small Business Administration’s Prime Contractor of the Year Award for Region 8. Previous to MSI, he worked as an equipment operator for Aztec Construction and Frontier Plumbing and as a vehicle mechanic for the United States Air Force from 1977-1981. Keith held the position of Trustee President for First Baptist Church from 1988-1990.

Ken Oakes - 2nd Vice Chairman
Ken has served on the Board of Directors for Warren Federal Credit Union since 2006, holding the position of Second Chairman. He is a retired Colonel from the Air Force, where he directed logistics operations for an 11,000 person organization responsible for the nation’s entire force of 550 Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles and their facilities. He was a branch manager for Warren Federal Credit Union from May 2001 to February 2002. Mr. Oakes is a Corporate and Community Professional Development Instructor for Laramie County Community College and currently teaches the Professional Development program for Warren Federal Credit Union. He has been a member of Warren FCU for over 13 years.

Randy Byers - Secretary
Randy has served on the Board of Directors for Warren Federal Credit Union since 2006, holding the position of Board Secretary. He is an architect in private practice (The Design Studio, Inc., Cheyenne). Previously, Mr. Byers was the Facilities Project Coordinator with Laramie County School District Number One’s Planning and Construction Office.

Cheryl Porter - Treasurer
Cheryl has served on the Board of Directors for Warren Federal Credit Union since 2006, holding the position of Board Treasurer. She is a Financial Services Professional for New York Life. Ms. Porter has worked for the City of Cheyenne as the District Manager and Secretary-Treasurer to the Board of South Cheyenne Water and Sewer District. She held the position of Fiscal Processing Technician for the State of Wyoming Department of Administration and Fiscal Control Data Services.

Kimm Brookshire
Kimm is the Expenditure Accounting Supervisor for the Wyoming Department of Transportation. She has volunteered for Beta Sigma Phi, Meals on Wheels, and Cheyenne Frontier Days. Kimm has been a member of Warren Federal Credit Union for 9 years and is currently serving her second year on the Board of Directors.

Mel Muldrow
Mel is the Vice President of Support Services for Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. He has volunteered as the treasurer for the United Way of Laramie County, served on the Chamber of Commerce as a member, Military Affairs Committee, and served on the Board for Cheyenne American Cancer Society. Mel is a long-time member of Warren Federal Credit Union and served as the chairman of the Supervisory Committee for Warren FCU from 2005 to April 2007. He brings many years of financial and leadership skills to the Credit Union.
